Scope: Site development for a gated urban housing community in the Graduate Hospital section of Philadelphia. Work included site demolition, earthwork and soils exchange; bulk excavation including sheathing & shoring; installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water utilities; construction of building foundations; completion of Belgium block concrete curb, brick pavers, concrete sidewalk, and site paving.
